Refund Policy

At Light Migration, we’re committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences—and we understand that sometimes expectations don’t align. That’s why we offer a simple, risk-free refund policy: if after accessing up to three lessons you feel our course isn’t a fit, you have 3 days from purchase to request a refund. We want you to move forward confidently, whether that’s with us or elsewhere.

1. Eligibility Window & Scope

  • Refunds must be requested within 3 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • Applies to a maximum of the first 3 lessons of any course or package.

2. Refund Amount & Fees

  • We’ll refund the payments for any unused lessons within the first 3.
  • A 10% deduction from the refundable amount will be applied to cover transaction fees.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email info@lightmigration.org within the 3-day window.
  • Include: your full name, purchase date or transaction ID, course title and how many lessons you’ve accessed.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

4. Ineligible Requests

  • Requests made more than 3 days after purchase will not be accepted.
  • Only customers who have completed a maximum of the first three lessons 3 are eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds if you have accessed and/or completed more than the first three lessons.

5. Alternative Credit Option

  • At our discretion, we may offer site credit equal to the refunded amount (post-fee deduction) instead of cash.

6. Communication & Dispute Handling

  • We may contact you to discuss your concerns and explore alternatives before final approval.
  • If no resolution is reached, the refund will follow the above-defined terms.
